SINTERED ALUMINA PIECES
Our society has a well equipped workshop to produce sintered aluminum oxide pieces.
Due to the diversified range and the qualities granted by structure, composition and physic -mechanical properties, the sintered aluminum oxide pieces are used to all the machines types from the textile industry as threads guides, especially to the synthetic fibers and yarns manufacturing which present high abrasion at great speeds of working and rapidly wear the thread guides carried our from other materials (porcelain, glass, steel, etc).
The sintered aluminum oxide pieces physic- mechanical properties are superior, such as hardness and resistance to similar pieces executed from porcelain (10 – ten times), basalt (5 times), tool steel (2 times) .
